Spacious with a nice balcony you can see the sea. Location was not central but was still good with all you need near. Clean with all good facilities and quite area.

Contact from host was completely non-existent. Sent three messages and a WhatsApp to ask if they had a hairdryer, all were ignored! Turns out they had one. Could have done with a few essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. Air conditioning is extremely noisy in the bedroom and no blinds in the bedroom means it gets very light in the morning. Finding the property is pretty difficult and went around in circles for ages.

Great place overall — I loved the huge balcony, the view, and the nice breeze coming from the ocean. The apartment is well equipped, with a washing machine (though it smelled a lot), an iron, and plenty of kitchen tools. The size of the flat is also excellent. Bus number 2 stops right next to the building, and there are several other bus stops just a few meters away. A shopping center is only a 5-minute walk.

The toilet was leaking, and the balcony door wouldn’t fully close. The freezer door couldn’t be shut because it was broken, and the freezer compartment was way too icy. There’s a huge, very noisy construction site (Dubai Madeira) right across the street — looks like it won’t be finished until 2028. Workers start exactly at 8 a.m. and keep going until 7 p.m., even on Saturdays! The TV was so small that even the subtitles didn’t fit on the screen 🙂

Все понравилось. В квартире всё есть. Удобное расположение. Мы были там почти две недели. С нами связывались для уборки или дополнительных вопросов.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Funchal. Même s’il n’y a pas de parking privé, il est très facile de se garer sur les emplacements gratuits juste en face, et nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème durant nos 10 jours de séjour. On trouve également un supermarché en face ainsi qu’un centre commercial à 5 minutes à pied. Le logement est moderne, propre, bien équipé et parfait pour deux personnes. La résidence est calme et la terrasse offre une très belle vue, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Rien à redire sur l’appartement en lui-même. Une petite précision supplémentaire concernant son emplacement exact de la part du propriétaire aurait cependant été appréciée.
