Emplacement calme à 7 mn en voiture du centre de Guérande. Parking privé en bas du gite.
Logement au 1er étage sous les combles, store occultant seulement dans la chambre, assez chaud en été. Equipement vieillissant, l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Le linge de maison est à apporter (même les torchons), pas de produits d'hygiène et seulement du sel et du poivre dans la cuisine. Escalier raide sans sécurité, peut être dangereux pour les jeunes enfants.
