Great location for a short stay!

The location is excellent- a 2 minute walk to the walled city and short drive to the coast. Free car park just round the corner.

There are no comfy chairs to sit in so we used the bed (which was very comfy). The shower is great but the toilet is crammed into a very tiny space due to an over sized sink unit! But we had a lovely stay one the less. Thank you.

Nice small apartment near the city center

Nice location and setup. Fine for 2 people, but really not more than that especially if you stay more than 1 night.

The €250 deposit and the contract we had to sign for our 2-night stay. And then although paying a cleaning fee, we were asked to wash the dishes, throw the garbage, and take the lingerie from the bed. Not something I would be expected to do during my holiday, especially when a cleaning fee is included. Plus, the apartment is not as clean as hoped. It was some cleaning done before we came, but you could see dust and hair at corners.

Exceptional location along the denacre valley . Beautiful set up in a quiet environment and stone throw from boulogne and the cote d'opale. Perfect location for holiday and for remote working, if needed.

The internet functions well, but is rather slow.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, avec de nombreux commerces et activités accessibles à pied.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Guérande et à proximité de tous les villages alentours. Il est également très facile de se garer, même en haute saison.

Malgré la coupure d’eau effectuée par la ville de Guérande, rien à redire : nous avons reçu de la part de la propriétaire un petit sachet de caramels. Merci à elle

Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Guérande et les gens sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Les explications pour accéder au logement sont très claires. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre, et sa situation dans Guérande est pratique commerce à proximité. Proche de la cité médiévale. L’endroit est calme.

Il n’y a qu’une fenêtre dans le logement et il n’est pas possible de faire de courant d’air. Et par forte chaleur il est impossible de refroidir la température de la pièce. Peut être qu’il serait bien de mettre une fenêtre qui s’ouvre dans l’escalier qui accède au logement pour pouvoir faire un courant d’air. Ou de mettre une climatisation

Einfache Unterkunft mit Charme

Hinter einem eher schäbigen Tor ist ein schöner Hof mit je einem Sitzplatz pro Apt angelegt. Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, dennoch gemütlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze in etwa 300 m Entfernung (Juli und August nicht kostenfrei) Wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Da es in der kleinen Whg kein Fenster gibt, musste die Verandatür zum Luften genommen werden, die konnte aber nicht gekippt werden! Da wir im Erdgeschoss wohnten, waren wir froh, dass uns keine Katze „besuchte“. Etwas hellhörig. Kleiner Hinweis an den Vermieter: der Name des jeweiligen Aptm wäre schön. So standen wir auf dem Hof und mussten ihn erstmal telefonisch erfragen.

Un lugar de ensueño

El alojamiento está en la mejor ubicación cercana a la ciudad antigua, cercana a un estacionamiento para el auto que es gratuito casi todo el año (excepto julio y agosto) y cercana a una tienda para comprar cosas para cocinar. El alojamiento es muy limpio, cómodo y está decorado con muy buen gusto. Me encantó la respuesta ante un problema inicial: nosotros tenemos limitada movilidad y el alojamiento estaba en el tercer nivel, pero llamamos y nos cambiaron el alojamiento a uno en planta baja.

¡Todo excelente! Lo único es que en la ciudad las luces de la calle se apagan antes de medianoche, aunque es seguro caminar, pero necesitas tener cuidado porque las calles son adoquinadas
