The sleeping area includes a double bed (two single mattresses measuring 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while a separate bedroom incorporates a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and dining space, and the bathroom offers a spacious shower and WC.
Guests can enjoy the on-site indoor swimming pool (15 m x 8 m, depth 1.20 m), exclusively for Berolina guests and owners, as well as access to communal laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers on floors 1 to 4 (coin-operated). Pets are not permitted, and smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
