A separate bedroom contains two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm), a TV, and a closet, with options for light control through pleated and blackout curtains. The kitchen includes a dining area for four and a kitchenette, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Guests can enjoy various communal amenities, including a swimming pool, table tennis, and a dart room, accessible with a key. Parking includes two designated outdoor spaces. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
