The sleeping area includes a double bed (two single mattresses measuring 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a separate bedroom furnished with a sofa bed (120x180 cm), a collapsible table, a wardrobe, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and offers dining space for 4. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the layout. Guests enjoy access to a communal swimming pool and various amenities, including a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee) located on floors 1-4 of Block D. Pets are welcome, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
