It features a combined living and sleeping area with a cozy sofa, TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony, as well as a semi-separated sleeping area with a double bed (two single mattresses 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a separate bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and another wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table with chairs. The modern bathroom offers a shower and WC.
Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and wellness amenities (fees may apply). A well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Washing machines and dryers are available on floors 1-4 for communal use.
