The property is remote and heavily treed therefore presenting a higher possibility of a wildlife encounter.
It is common for deer, elk, cougars, and bears to pass through the properties perimeters.
Please do not approach, but rather enjoy any sightings from a distance.

- Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing.
