About this house rental
Our property has a great deal to offer for a large family with spacious rooms. With beautiful scenic views of mountains on the front deck. Or for someone just wanting to get away for a while. Flathead valley is a great place to vacation for the outdoor enthusiasts. We have Glacier National Park 20 minutes away. Big Mountain Ski Resort also 20 minutes away. Flathead River and the Big Sky Waterslide is just 5 minutes away. Our home has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have bunk beds for the children and family games. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Our fourth room has a pull-out couch, and a log bunk bed for extra sleeping space. We have 2 roll away beds and a queen air mattress with built in pump. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. It has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, crock pot, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. It is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We have also included small things like condiments, spices, flour, storage containers for the food. Outside on the deck we have a large barbecue. And an outdoor propane fireplace. And a hot tub.

This was an absolute amazing place! The beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, the kitchen was stocked with cooking staples, the hot tub was super clean, lots of room for my kids to play both inside and outside, big porch and a beautiful view. We felt so welcome here and the property manger was amazing to work with and so accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property (and the owner) a million times over! Such a wonderful stay!

The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 11, with thoughtful touches like bottled water, coffee, and bear spray.However, guests should know this property is not very private. Although the listing mentions “self check-in,” the manager met us on arrival and was present on-site daily. While attentive and responsive, her frequent presence—including checking the hot tub PH levels daily —made it feel like we were being monitored rather than having the home fully to ourselves.We also experienced two late-night maintenance issues: a shower that wouldn’t shut off and a small kitchen leak. Both were addressed quickly, but they were disruptive. In addition, a handwritten checkout chore list was left inside the home the day before departure (while we were away), even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing.Overall, the house itself was clean and well-equipped, but guests should be prepared for frequent host/manager presence, possible maintenance disruptions, and undisclosed chore requirements.
