- MUST HAVE a AWD or 4WD vehicle for the Winter duration.
- Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing.
HOUSE RULES
- MAX 4 overnight guests
- MAX 6 guests total on site
- 2 Small-Medium dogs allowed, no cats
- MAX 2 cars
- NO open fires of any sort
- NO smoking inside
- NO trash of any sort is to be left outside the home
