Pros: The condo had plenty of space. It was in a nice location, with a 30 min drive to downtown. There are grocery stores nearby to stock the fridge. The pool and hot tub were pretty great for the kid. Friendly neighbors. Host was quick to respond when we had issues.Cons: There was some old food in the cupboards. Some of the dishes weren't clean, but put in the cabinets so we rewashed what we needed to. The towels in the dryer were still a little damp upon arrival. One of the weirdest things was no hand soap in the restrooms.Summary: Overall the price, location and amenities available made this a very good place to stay for the week, especially if you're on a tight budget. We mentioned some of our recommendations to the host and he said he would take care of it for the next visitors.

The rooms are huge. It’s a comfortable stay, but the place could use some updating. It was easy to access, parking was good and it’s quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean in fact the carpets were just shampooed. The carpet was a wee wet by not a problem. The rooms were very large. The garbage disposal does not work, again, not a problem for us. The location was close to Costco, Target and Walmart. We will stay here again to visit my niece at the University of Denver.

I really enjoyed the stay. The appliances need a upgrade or a service check. The biggest issue is the neighbors do not respect the parking so 60% of the time someone parked in the assigned spot.
