The security deposit and any additional fees will be collected in cash during your stay. Guests may cancel the travel contract at any time before the trip begins. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveler cancels the travel contract before the trip begins, or if they fail to show up for the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or if extraordinary circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impair the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the accommodation price. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Viechtach must be paid at the vacation village. Pets are not allowed.
