Our 5-star vacation rental offers plenty of space for family vacations. It’s even perfect for two families planning a trip together. It features a large terrace and a small south-facing balcony, a shower, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. The four-room vacation apartment, featuring three separate bedrooms, was newly renovated in 2020. The apartment stands out for its ground-floor location with a private entrance and direct access to the indoor pool and spa area. All you need is your bathrobe if you want to go to the indoor pool, the sauna with steam room, or the outdoor spa. It’s also ideal for families with children, thanks to its proximity to the children’s playroom and the extra children’s room. Living/dining area: with kitchenette: (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and much more.) Comfortable, modern dining area with an upholstered bench, table, and 2 chairs. Couch, TV wing chair with ottoman, second armchair, display cabinet, and TV stand with a 49-inch TV and access to the terrace. Three separate bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with a double bed, four-poster bed, safe, blackout curtains, and TV, with access to the sun terrace. Bedroom 2: with two single beds, a closet, a blackout roller shade, blackout curtains, and a play area for the little ones. Bedroom 3: with bunk beds, closet, blackout roller shade, and blackout curtains. Bathroom: with shower, sink, vanity cabinet, toilet, child-sized toilet seat, potty, and hair dryer. Additional toilet Terrace: Enjoy and relax on the large, sunny terrace (approx. 25 m²). Modern patio furniture and a lounge chair await you. A vacation in the family-friendly Schwarzholz vacation village in this high-quality, modern four-bedroom vacation apartment is definitely worth it. In our vacation village, you can pay on-site in cash or by debit card. You are also welcome to transfer the travel price in advance. The security deposit and any additional costs will be collected in cash during your stay. The guest may withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. Withdrawal must be declared in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveler withdraws from the travel contract before the trip begins, or if they fail to embark on the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or exceptional circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impede the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the room rate. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Viechtach must be paid at the vacation village. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
