Our 5-star, three-room vacation apartment is a sun-drenched gem with a view. It features an oversized sun terrace of approximately 20 m², fully covered by an awning, as well as 2 TVs and a safe. The three-room vacation apartment, featuring two separate bedrooms, was completely renovated in April 2019, including the floors, walls, new furnishings, and new balcony furniture. The apartment stands out for its comfortable and modern furnishings as well as its location right next to the wellness area with an indoor pool. A bathrobe is all you need if you’d like to use the indoor pool, the sauna with steam room, or the solarium. It’s also ideal for families with children, thanks to its proximity to the children’s playroom. The vacation rental meets the highest standards and offers many extras: Living/dining area with a corner kitchenette: (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and much more.) Comfortable, modern dining area with an upholstered bench, table, and 2 chairs. Couch, TV armchair with footstool, second armchair, display cabinet, and TV stand with a 49-inch TV and access to the patio. Two separate bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with a double bed, four-poster bed, safe, blackout curtains, and TV, with access to the sun terrace. Bedroom 2: with two single beds, a closet, blackout roller shades, blackout curtains, and a play area for the little ones. Bathroom: with a shower, sink, vanity cabinet, toilet, children’s toilet seat, potty, and hair dryer. Terrace: Enjoy and relax on the large, sunny terrace (approx. 20 m²). A vacation at the family-friendly Schwarzholz vacation village in this high-quality, modern three-bedroom vacation apartment is definitely worth it. In our vacation village, you can pay on-site in cash or by debit card. You are also welcome to transfer the travel price in advance. The security deposit and any additional costs will be collected in cash during your stay. The guest may cancel the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveler cancels the travel contract before the trip begins, or if they fail to show up for the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or exceptional circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impair the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the accommodation price. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourism tax: The tourism tax charged by the municipality of Viechtach must be paid at the vacation village. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
