Contemporary 1+1 bedroom Duplex Apartment in Baía da Luz Resort, easy walking distance to Praia da Luz beach, shops and restaurants.
This comfortable duplex apartment on the top floor offers two bedrooms (one of which is an open mezzanine) and a private roof terrace, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sunshine.
Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living room with wide sliding patio doors on two sides which open onto a south-east facing and a south-west facing balcony. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay. On this the main level, there’s a bedroom with king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional separate bathroom.
Upstairs, the mezzanine serves as a second bedroom with a single bed and with its own en-suite and access to the private south-east facing terrace.
The apartment is designed for comfort, featuring air conditioning in all rooms, allocated basement parking, an elevator, and high speed WiFi. Its high-quality finish creates a stylish yet relaxed space, ideal for a getaway in the beautiful Western Algarve.
As part of the Baía da Luz resort, guests staying in this apartment have free access to all on-site facilities.

We loved everything about the apartment and the area of Luz. Very relaxing stay and beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need. Short walk to beach and enough bars , restaurants and shops. Would love to visit again. Suits all ages .

The property is on a busy road and from the lounge area you look onto scrubland and the back of older properties not pleasant. Good roof terrace but no shade on any outside areas a umberella would help. Quite a noisy building I would say the apartment is not really child friendly. Great kitchen everything you need but furniture is rather tired a well used rental needs some tlc.
