The Dining Table has 6 chairs and is conveniently located next to the well equipped Kitchen which has all the electrical appliances, pots, pans and crockery you'll need for a great family holiday. A patio door in the Kitchen leads to the sunny veranda where you can enjoy al fresco family meals and snacks in sunshine, or shade as you prefer.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an En-suite Bathroom with a shower unit, bidet, toilet and hand basin and a patio door from the bedroom for access to the veranda.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, a ceiling fan and this bedroom also has direct access to the veranda.
The main Bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and a hand basin.

The large veranda has sun loungers, a comfortable patio suite and a table and chairs and it can be accessed from the Lounge, Kitchen and the two bedrooms and a gate from the veranda provides access to the gorgeous pool area a few steps below. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool, which is heated from April through October, and there is also a children's pool.

With everything in the village just a few minutes' walk, and the beach 5 to 10 mins walk from the apartment there is no need for a car. There is an off-road parking space if you decide to hire a car to explore the fantastic coastline and natural parque to the west of Luz.

The small family beach resort of Luz has an excellent sheltered, sandy beach with Blue Flag status for facilities and water quality, and all kinds of water sports are available at the beach. The friendly village has lots of restaurants offering local dishes and various ethnic foods, a few bars and cocktail bars and there is one nightclub. It has a variety of shops, several supermarkets, including Baptista and Spar, a Post Office and Banks. The village also has hairdressers, opticians, dental clinics and a medical centre, and a wider choice of everything is available in the historic regional capital of Lagos, 15 mins drive from Luz.
Less than 10 mins drive from Luz is Boa Vista Golf, with many other options in easy reach, including Espiche Golf, Sta Antonio Budens, Palmares and Penina Golf.
For walkers there is a fantastic Coastal Path connecting Lagos with Luz and Burgau, a rough track with stunning sea and coastal views extending through the Algarve's Costa Vicentina Natural Parque towards Cape St Vincent, Europe's most westerly point.
Cycling, horse riding and tennis are also available locally.
Nearby Lagos is a small vibrant city with narrow winding streets with shops, restaurants and bars packed within the still intact ancient city walls and a historic fort protecting its harbour. A very attractive paved promenade, shaded by palm trees, runs along the waterfront from where a cute pedestrian bridge connects the city to the new marina and fishing harbour across the water. The train station is nearby, and also Meia Praia, a 4km long stretch of sandy beach.
Lagos Zoo is a short distance north west of the city and several popular waterparks and Zoomarine are within 45 mins drive.
For a change of scenery you can visit the mountains inland with splendid towns like Silves and Monchique Spa town offering local foods and crafts and beautiful views of the coastline.
