Welcome to our charming oasis, the perfect retreat for families, friends, or business travelers.
This lovely property features:
- Three Bedrooms: Each room is thoughtfully decorated and beautifully furnished with a blend of modern charm, ultra-comfy mattresses, and cozy touches. The beds include 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 single beds (a trundle bed with a pull-out twin bed underneath).
- One Full Bathroom: Enjoy the bathtub for your little ones or a refreshing shower with all the essentials provided. Never run out of hot water with our on-demand water heater.
- Fully Stocked Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze.
- Workspace: Need to bring work along? The home includes high-speed WiFi and a comfortable desk and chair for your convenience.
- Luxury Hot Tub: Soak in luxury with our mineral-infused hot tub, enriched with magnesium and potassium for silky-soft water that soothes your skin, plus borates to keep it crystal-clear and perfectly balanced—pure relaxation, chlorine free, without harsh chemicals.
- TVs: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with ease on two Smart TVs (in the living room and master bedroom), perfect for winding down after a full day of exploring the city.

Our oasis is located in the heart of the city, close to City Park, local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Less than 10 minutes away from Children's Hospital Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Denver International Airport is just 25 minutes away. Both downtown and Cherry Creek are 15 minutes, Dick's Sporting Goods Park is 15 minutes, and Central Park, Stanley Marketplace, and Northfield are 5-10 minutes.
The two-car garage is available for parking, as well as the front driveway and street parking.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay Near UCHealth!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed—truly a home away from home. The location was perfect for us, just minutes from our appointments at UCHealth, which made everything so convenient.One of our favorite parts of the property was the cozy outdoor space. The gas fire pit created a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after long days.The host was fantastic—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect – exactly as described! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, just like the backyard. 5 stars also go to the host, Elizabet, who was super helpful, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. The area feels a little sketchy a few streets over, but the neighborhood itself is overall fine. I would definitely book again without hesitation!
