This centrally located home is close to public transportation (including rentable bikes and scooters!), major hospitals, sporting events, and within walking distance to very good restaurants, shopping, concerts and much more!
This charming 1923 custom bungalow centrally is located to almost everything. It is yours to enjoy while you visit all that has to Denver offer. With almost 2,800 square feet of interior space, patio/lawn, private fenced in yard,and grill. There’s enough room to spread out. The kitchen is efficient and fully-equipped. For dining out, there are some great restaurants are near by.

House is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is construction next door that starts at 7:30 every morning and lasts all day. This was not disclosed to us prior to booking.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was clean and very wellappointed. It had everything we needed for a brief stay including a very relaxing outdoor space out back. The tree-lined streets in the neighborhood were perfect for a morning or evening stroll. We were very pleased.

Very enjoyable stay. Easy access to the Denver area.Very comfortable for six adults. Well appointed kitchen.Comfortable living room and basement family room.Would definitely stay again.

Great Location! The home was very clean and welcoming. Easy to access from airport. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The Kitchen trash can lid does not work. The driveway was icy to walk on. We could have used some ice melt and snow shovel where the sun doesn't hit.
