It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need on the first level. House includes Google Homes, 50’ TVs, and a place to work! Ideal for 6 people!
Backyard outdoor patio is great for relaxing and privacy, perfect for your friends with 4 legs! Fenced backyard with plenty of space with a great grill, chairs and zero landscaping
Location is unbeatable with a very short walk to Childrens, CU Anschutz, and VA Hospitals as well as the RTD light rail and bus stops. For drivers, you can hop on the highway quick to get around the city at ease! 20 minutes from the DIA, 25 minutes from downtown. Ideal and central location for everything you are looking for!

Excellent home for a brief visit to Denver!

Clean house, close to the hospital and the airport, if you are looking for something by either.
The homeowner checked in to make sure we were coming, and everything went smoothly with check-in.
Still waiting for the 1500 deposit to be returned, booked in advance, so have been getting interest charges for 4 months now.
Would prefer the deposit be applied closer to check-in rather than at booking (back in April) to avoid unnecessary interest.

This was a great space for my family while my mom was a patient at UCHealth. The drive back and forth was quick and easy with little traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
