About this house rental
La Dolce Vita - in Italian...The Sweet Life! As a full-blooded Italian whose grandparents all immigrated through Ellis Island, I was brought up knowing that family is everything and if you enter my house...you ARE family.
My hope is that you will enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere of La Dolce Vita. In keeping with the Italian theme, you will find that each room is named after my parent's heritage.
From the moment you open the door, you will be greeted with a very customized home. You will find hardwood floors throughout, specialty lighting, six-burner stove and for the sports fans in your group, the family room boasts three TVs. This Clovis house welcomes you with four inviting bedrooms with queen beds. The property includes amenities like AC, a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, pool and Traeger grill.
The Frontani room (Master bedroom), from the moment you step into the room, has a fresh and airy feeling with a Tommy Bahama comforter on the queen size bed with new linens, dual-sided heated mattress pad for those chilly evenings, full-length mirror as well as a 45" smart tv. End table touch lamps have two USB-A plugs each. Master bath includes a walk-in shower, deep, large tub, dual sinks and hairdryer as well as a large walk-in closet.
The Imperiale room has a queen size bed with new linens. End table lamps have touch control as well as a USB-A and USB-C plug in each lamp.
The Scassellati room has an Eddie Bauer comforter on the queen size bed with new linens, large mirror and a 45" smart TV. End tables have a USB-A and USB-C plug-in as well as electrical plugs within easy reach.
The Basta room, at the front of the house, has a queen size bed with new linens and a full-length mirror. The end tables have a USB-A and USB-C plug-in as well as electrical plugs within easy reach.
The guest bathroom has two sides with two sinks and two mirrors with the shower area separated by a door as well as a hair dryer. Perfect for multiple people getting ready.
The powder bath serves as an additional area to prepare for a day or night on the town.
Did I mention that you will have the luxury of a tankless water heater - you will never run out of hot water no matter how many people are experiencing La Dolce Vita.
The living room has two comfortable chairs with dimmable lights above each for ease of reading and/or relaxing. You will also have access to my baby grand. Please treat the piano gently and do not have food or drink in or around the piano, but otherwise I would love for you to enjoy the piano while you are here.
The dining room has eight padded chairs and a dimmable light fixture.
Rounding out this gorgeous home is the family room/kitchen/dinette area. The family room welcomes you with beautiful Italian art, brand new Italian couches that easily seat eight people and comfortable luxury rug. There is one 65" smart TV and two 45" smart TVs. If you're a sport fan, you will love having your own mini-sports bar. If you are not a sports fan, no problem! Just fire up the big TV and enjoy.
The kitchen has three stools that pull up to the granite island with specialty drop lighting above. You will find a microwave, Keurig and Kitchenaid for your use. The stove is a 6-burner. There is also a small tall-top dinette that seats four people.
Outside you will find a wonderful pebble-tech pool with a deep end. No diving please...safety first! I have put in sails to help shade the pool for those not wanting sun. There is a table with six chairs for outside dining as well as a Traeger grill for your BBQ.
You will find that this neighborhood is quiet. We have a walking path along the canal that is accessible from the neighborhood as well as a park at the end of the street.
Highway 168 is within minutes of the house and is your gateway to all things in the valley - you can easily hop onto Hwy 180 or Hwy 41. Clovis boasts one of the cutest downtowns you will ever see with a Saturday morning Farmer's Market.
La Dolce Vita is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. This is the perfect home for bridal parties with all the available space to get ready, a trip to California to visit our three closest National Parks, a visit to our closest casino 15 miles away, take in a game at Fresno State Bulldog stadium, only 8 miles away or check out our award-winning restaurants. There is so much to do - I hope you enjoy my home and Clovis to the fullest.
