• No Parties: Fines may apply for any noise complaints or disturbances. If you have questions about the rules, please message us for clarification.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID may be required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) may be required upon booking.
• Parking: 2 Free parking slots are provided, and there is free parking on the street.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind. No cameras are facing or inside the home.

- Please turn off all propane tanks associated with the bbq, heater and fire pit etc. after each use
- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $75 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.
