This home is completely renovated . Be ready to entertain! You will walk into a beautiful open concept living/dining/kitchen and pool table. This house 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom. Holds up to 10 guests 1 King Sized Beds, 1 Queen bed , 1 Queen bed & 2 Full beds,1 twin bed and additional queen-size air mattress. Includes 2 car garage with a and a nice peaceful backyard to relax!. with beautiful Pool, BBQ & fire pit!. Great place to spend time with family and friends You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities! Only a few minutes to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more.

Guests have full access to the house You will be able to access the house anytime after
4:00pm. We have a a self check in process and keyless entry for both the house and the garage. Detailed check in instructions which include the access codes will be sent the morning to check in. Please treat our home like yours!.

* Please do not book the home if you are local in Fresno/Clovis area without private messaging me first and receiving approval.
-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed. Unauthorized a party/event - $250 fine
-Excessive Guests - $50 fine per person
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
-Policy on Pets- Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.
-We have 2 security cameras, one on the front door and the other outside in the garage, it's only for security purposes.
-Please note that the fireplace in our listing is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used during your stay for safety reasons.

Everything you see on the pictures was exactly how it looked. Very clean, stocked with supplies, spacious, big pool, and comfortable beds. Spent most of our time in the backyard with ample seatings and space. We felt at home and will most definitely stay here again. Location was great, next to stores. One of our top rentals. Thank you and we look forward to our next stay.

This modern home met all of our needs, including a beautiful pool and patio. Lots of games available and even a crib for our granddaughter!
Everything went smoothly. We would definitely come back to this lovely home.
