About this house rental
Your vacations will never be the same after visiting this island oasis steps from the beach with a backyard many dream of! This fabulous island home is custom-designed and just underwent a complete transformation by one of the Islands best interior designers! The home embraces coastal living, offering an easy, luxurious lifestyle with an expansive floor plan allowing you and your family to spread out and have your own space!
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom configuration functions perfectly as a home away from home allowing many different configurations depending on those visiting. When you walk through the front door the welcoming cozy family room with sectional sofa and club chairs overlook the amazing backyard and grilling deck. An awesome 65" smart TV with Sonos over the gas fireplace allows guests in the family room and kitchen to catch the big game! The kitchen features marble counters, a 36" natural-gas cook top, built in oven and microwave, stainless fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and detached beverage center, and a tons of cabinet and counter space! The kitchen is fully outfitted from top to bottom and any gourmet chef will be thrilled.
Completing the main level entertaining area is a well appointed coastal dining room table to seat 8. Off of the main living space is a great screened in porch with cocktail table and four-chairs, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner while the children play in the pool or a nightcap. This home boasts over 1,000 sq./ft. of elevated porch, deck, and roof-top sundeck / balcony space throughout the property!
As you head upstairs from the main living area you have the downstairs master suite with king bed and en-suite bath on left and the queen bedroom with full bath on your right. All bedrooms have there own flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable.
The second floor of the residence offers privacy, containing a guest suite bunk room with full over full bunk beds and en-suite bathroom on your left at the top of the stairs. The complete laundry room is on your right with full size washer and dryer. Down the hall is a second family room with a wet bar, microwave, huge flat screen TV and comfy sectional sofa for enjoying movies after a long day at the beach!
The exquisite master suite is at the end of the hall and has a beautiful king bed, giant en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower with multiple shower heads, rain head and massage jets. The master bathroom also has an amazing walk in closet with dressing area. Completing the master suite is the serene screened porch overlooking the lush backyard, simply the best place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or from that porch you can stroll up the spiral staircase to the roof -top deck, a perfect place for private sunbathing or to catch that shooting star before bed!
The grounds are laid out carefully on a deep, heavily landscaped site, the front portion of the property offers a formal greeting with upwards of six driveway parking spaces. The enclosed ground-level space features an expansive two-car garage and one golf cart parking space.

Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction immediately!

My adult children and their families stayed for a week. Total of 7 in our group. The house is very spacious with lots of nooks to relax into with others or to steal away alone time. The pool and spa is the best in the area for sure. We spent a lot of time there. The beach is very close. Not crowded. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Nice neighbors too. The golf cart for 6 was a real perk. We took it everywhere. A big bonus is that there is an automatic mosquito mister! Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property manager John was fantastic! Very responsive to our needs. The house was beautiful clean and very well equipped. Super nice air conditioning too. We cannot say enough. We hope to return every year.

His was a great home for our family vacation. The outdoor space is gorgeous and the pool is awesome! The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well stocked with condiments and spices, pans, etc. with anything you could need while you stay. The property manager was very quick to address any issues that came up!

Lots of space in bedrooms and living areas. Pool and hot tub provided lots of entertainment. Manager was very receptive to questions and had a quick response with a hot tub issue. Easy walk to the beach and lots of chairs/toys provided. My family and friends would return to this property again. Beautiful home!
