Set on 10 private acres along the vibrant Fitzhugh Corridor, this retreat was designed for weddings, family reunions, retreats, corporate events, and large group getaways. With a heated pool, hot tub, chef’s kitchen, outdoor entertaining spaces, and private apartments, it’s the ultimate venue for your Austin adventure.

I hosted an 8 women retreat at the property and it was lovely. The location was perfect and easy to get to downtown or to other picturesque spots, it was clean and much nicer than the typical larger house options that I've seen in Austin. Plus they went over and above by ordering a new blender and a slow cooker to the house for us when there wasn't one and responding quickly to all needs. I highly reccomend the property. We also had a chef come in for meals and the kitchen was great for three chefs to have enough room to move around. I think only thing I would say is that they need more chairs/larger table for such a large house for eating specifically. I will be back again thanks so much!

Overall the place was spacious and accommodated around 50 people. The problem was the host was such a trouble to get into contact with. The listing had said there was a heated pool but from the first day we had been trying to contact the host to help us figure it out. However, they would take very long to respond and when they did, they had responded back with “the property is not even showing up under our management”. How can they rent the place out to us, but not even have it listed as under their management. With the rain, and colder temps, the pool and hot tub not being heated was trash. One of the days a pool guy came and tried to clean the pool, and we had asked him where the heater and how the process to heat worked. Yet he had a no clue and said “just wait til the evening, it should be heated by then”. It did not work. These owners lack communication and overall professionalism. Even when we went to book the place, the payment was taken to a third party site and was very shady. Be careful when booking. The house itself is super nice but this management is very shady and hard to work with.
