With ample space to accommodate up to 18 guests, this is the perfect destination for family gatherings, celebrations, or a relaxing weekend with friends.

6 Spacious Bedrooms & 4.5 Bathrooms: Includes a loft over the garage, two master suites, and a game-filled loft that doubles as an additional bedroom.
Open-Concept Living: The light-filled living area boasts 27-foot beamed ceilings, polished stained concrete floors, and expansive glass doors, framing stunning views of the surrounding nature.
Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with dual refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, a Thermador induction cooktop, custom mahogany cabinetry, and an oversized island with seating for 4, making it ideal for preparing meals and entertaining.
Dining Area: A table for 12 (with an additional leaf) seamlessly extends to the outdoors for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. A built-in desk area is perfect for remote work or planning adventures.

Master Suite (Main Level): King-size bed, skylight with automatic blinds, private patio access, and an en-suite spa-like bathroom with a floating double vanity, soaking tub, and dual-head shower.
Master 2 (Main Level): King-size bed, natural light, and private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Twin daybed, ideal as a home office or game room, complete with board games and card games.
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 5 (Upper Level): Full-over-queen bunk bed with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 6 (Garage Loft, Separate Entrance): Full-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, and queen bed, plus a sectional sofa and ping-pong table. No bathroom in this area.
Outdoor Living:
Enjoy ultimate relaxation with a private pool (complete with safety cover), hammocks, a playground with swing set, and an outdoor fireplace.

The home was beautiful and well appointed. Would recommend a chiller for the pool. Perfectly located for anything in Dripping Springs. Very well organized company. Perfect place to hang out and relax!

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family that included seven adults and four children. The grandkids were thrilled with the pool and were in the water much of our time there. There were playscapes and space to run which they enjoyed as well. The kitchen was well stocked and large which made cooking a joy! The furnishings and sleeping arrangements were tastefully done and quite comfortable. I highly recommend this property for anyone with a large family who wants to be away from the hustle bustle of the city (yet not too far) yet also wants lovely amenities.

3 families with kids ranging from 3-9yr stayed for 4 nights … we had the best time! Plenty of space for each family to get and have their space. The home was very clean!! Honestly we had a great time and would come back again!
