Welcome to Nutty Brown Retreat, a stunning Hill country property offering 4 separate vacation homes on 6 acres with abundant wildlife. Located one mile from the New HEB, 13 miles to Austin, and 7 miles to downtown Dripping Springs. This spacious hill country vacation property offers a whopping 13 total bedrooms and 9 total bathrooms sleeping 28 guests comfortably.
Enter the Nutty Brown Manor to find a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large dining table. Just off the kitchen is the cozy living area with a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and an abundance of windows looking out into the private backyard. Just down the hall is the primary suite with queen size bed, flat screen TV, and oversized an-suite bathroom. Right off the master is a study converted into a bedroom offering twin bunk beds. Also, downstairs is a third bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Journey upstairs to the loft area with seating and another flat screen TV. Just off this lounge area is the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bathroom. The manor also has a hot tub!
Next door to the Manor is Nutty Brown Cabin which offers rustic style, comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV in the living area. Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area. Bedroom one is located on the right half of the cabin offering a queen size bed. Bedroom two is located on the left half of the cabin offering a queen size bed and an-suite bathroom. Enjoy newly added Mom's house. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, updated kitchen, large, fenced backyard, hot tub, and large front yard gathering area.
A short 200-foot stroll takes you to Roadrunner's Bungalow (named after the many roadrunners on the property). Roadrunner will welcome you with hard wood floors, large dining area, and comfortable furnishings. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Nutty Brown Retreat is located just minutes from most wedding venues, Argo, Ranch Austin, Camp Lucy, Vista West, Memory Lane Event Center and the World-Famous Salt Lick. Don't forget the brand new Belterra Village (1 mile) with multiple restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. There are also numerous wineries, distilleries, and breweries; too many to visit on one stay or just take a relaxing stroll on our new walking trail.
Enjoy the private accommodation thus sparing the early birds from the night owls. Each home has an enclosed fence area and laundry facilities.
