Gulfview duplex with panoramic views, large balcony, and internet

Loved the location-just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. Very clean. Only suggestion: have a couple more items for kitchen (i.e. can opener, pizza cutter).

Very clean great location! Door was a little difficult to open at times other than that was a great house.

Our family had a relaxing and wonderful time. Strong internet. Very clean facility. So close to the beach that family members could easily walk back to rental when they needed a break. Easy to access and find. Amazing cost. So perfect.

There wasn't anything we loved about it. When you walk in, it is nice. It appears very nice. Make sure you wash the dishes before using them, I found a bowl with leftover Mac and cheese (the cheese part) caked in the bowl and other dirty dishes in the cabinet. The king room upstairs, it had 2 pillows on the bed, very flat. The comforter on the king bed is probably made for a queen. The two twin beds upstairs are cute, we snagged the pillows on those beds and 2 more fluffier pillows from the remaining room not being used. The TV in the king room will not connect to the wifi. We plugged in our fire stick and it worked fine. There was no remote for the TV in one of the rooms downstairs. The room with the bigger bed and appeared to be more comfy. But no remote to the TV so it defeats the purpose of relaxing. The ocean view ... You can see it through the trees and not the houses in front of you. The last night we were there, we had tornado warnings (not their fault) but the street flooded. We were told that there have been many complaints about the flooded street after storms but nothing has been done about it by the HOA there. We barely made it out without drowning our car. Vacasa does have a say there since they own most of the properties in that place. That needs to be fixed. Bring your own toilet paper. I've had cheap toilet paper but this is probably the worst. We stayed a week. They only provided one pack of detergent for the dishwasher. I imagine that's why there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. If you really want to cook, there are not enough cookware and utensils to cook. Things like a can opener, wine bottle opener and other things vacationers may need were absent. We found a pizza pan (not needed for pizza but to cook fries since there were no sheet pans at all) and it was in the drawer under the stove. It was disgusting. I don't know if it was ever washed. We put foil on it and used it that way. There aren't even any casserole type of dishes, not one. The washer and dryer work well. The floors were clean. The countertops were not clean. The bathroom upstairs and the half bath downstairs has some kind of caked scum on it. Almost like shower scum from an unclean shower. It is on the toilet lid on the inside that you could very well touch. The only reason we have it 3 stars is because there was an effort to try to make it look nice. A lot of it was clean and the washer/dryer worked.
