This house turned out better than I anticipated. It was clean, spacious and well accommodated with everything you would possibly need on a trip to the beach. My favorite part was the rooftop deck. You can see the bay unobstructed and you can hear the ocean waves too. We loved the lights at night. We had the best time and hope to rent it again soon.

The location is great and walkable to multiple restaurants and even a longer walk to the grocery store. Easy beach and bay access. Only issue was the garage only fits one big car/SUV so if multiple cars, you'll want to have a smaller car like an SUV.

The home is very nicely decorated, clean, has comfortable beds, and probably the best-equipped kitchen for a vacation home I've ever experienced. The only down-side is that the AC is inadequate on the top floor where the kitchen, dining and living room are. We were in San Diego during a heat wave and that top floor was hot. We gave up on the AC and just opened all the windows to get the breeze.
