Inside, the heart of the home is the kitchen, where granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four make meal prep a breeze. Whether you're brewing your favorite coffee at the drip and Keurig coffee station or gathering around the dining table for six, every meal feels special in this beautifully designed space.



At the end of a day filled with endless activities, unwind in the living room lined with large windows that fill the space with natural light, a cozy sofa and two armchairs, and a mounted smart TV. After a day of adventure, enjoy a family game night with the board games provided or simply relax in the inviting ambiance. This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3, located in the loft, includes a queen size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is an upstairs unit, with 18 steps going up required.

• Street and lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
