- Pet must be cleaned up after both inside and outside
- Please no excessive barking
HOUSE RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No smoking inside of the home but outside is fine
- No events
- No parties
- Quite Hours are between 9pm and 9am
- please no excessive noise or music during these times
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in refrigerators and freezers.
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests.

We planned a last-minute trip and with no time to board our dogs, we booked this home as it is dog-friendly. It was a great setup for our family. We really enjoyed the convenience of the fenced-in yard and spent a lot of time on the porch. We will definitely be back!
