About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
•864sq foot beach house build
•Huge backyard - 100 yards from house to riverbed
•Large screened in porch with expansive views
•Fire pit and BBQ smoker
•Circle drive for easy parking
•Low water crossing provides great access to river for fishing/exploring
•35 minutes to Enchanted Rock
•Perfect for a couples getaway!
•NO PETS // NO SMOKING
The space
•Guests will need to be physically capable to walk up one flight of stairs
•Onsite full size washer + dryer, washing detergent provided
•There is a full size kitchen with the exception of a dishwasher
•Flexible check-in/out policy depending on housekeeper's schedule and other guest bookings. Just ask about this closer to your booking date. We aim to honor early check-in and late check-out requests if they are possible...but not guaranteed..

•The entire home with the exception of the garage is included in this rental, please make yourself at home.
•There is both a propane grill and a BBQ smoker available for use. Bring your own charcoal if you intend on using the smoker.
Other things to note
•Please remember, you are staying in our home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take appropriate action as soon as possible and even address the issue ourselves if able. Note that there is no housekeeper or anyone living on site. Llano is a sleepy tiny town… getting a repair man and the like are hard to come by on a moment’s notice. We will do whatever we can (within reason) to remedy any unfortunate circumstances.

Had a great time with the family by the river, had floaties to enjoy, a propane gas grill and a smoker, there was firewood in the pit to enjoy s’mores while watching the stars

This place is perfect for a get away to the river. Very peaceful and a great spot on the water. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and comfortable. I will be coming again!
