Additionally, there is private and secure parking within the gated back yard.

It features a well-appointed and efficient chef’s kitchen, beautiful seating for dining and living, including a custom whiskey and wine wall, a 75" smart TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and a dedicated work desk with a monitor for productivity. Additionally the home includes:
• 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: This spacious bedroom welcomes deep rest and relaxation with its inviting king bed and sitting area, plus a lovely ensuite bathroom with large shower, double sinks, and large soaking tub.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: Cozy and inviting, the guest room welcomes sleep with a comfortable Queen size bed
• 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: A favorite of mine, the bright and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook, bake and entertain. A modern Samsung double oven, new fridge, kitchen-aid mixer, rice cooker and so much more, offer everything you’ll need to enjoy your time creating in the kitchen.
• 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐎𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬: Another highlight is the incredible fenced backyard that offers a peaceful space in nature while living in the middle of town. 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒:
- Minimum age for booking the home is 25
- Renter agreement to be signed upon booking is confirmed
- Available for monthly stays only. (28 nights minimum)
- Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis (1 Dog under 35lbs, Cats are unfortunately not allowed due to owners severe allergy reaction.) Pet fee would apply!
- A cleaning fee of $200 applies for stays of 1 month. Additional cleaning fee of $200 would apply for any additional month of stay. (The home must be cleaned 1 per month)
- Absolutely no parties and gatherings allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the home.

There are 3 Security cameras located at the exterior of the property:
1. Video camera doorbell - surveying the exterior of the entrance.
2. Video security camera - surveying the driveway
3. Video security camera - surveilling the entrance of the garage and the attached unit to it.

Guests have full access to the home, including the private backyard and secure parking, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The garage and attached unit are not included as they are secured for use by the owner.
