About this apartment rental
Located a short five block walk to the shops and restaurants of Historic Downtown Franklin, our stylishly appointed loft apartment rests above the three car garage behind our 100 year old home. Built in 1998, the 850 square foot spacious apartment comfortably sleeps two in a queen sized bed. There is also a twin sized pull-out sofa in the living room.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, two 55 inch flat screened cable TVs and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Also included is a designated off-street parking place for one car and an enclosed stairway to the apartment. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone.

The Logan Loft could not be more lovely! It is the perfect getaway. Finely appointed, with a focus on their guests. Every detail and feature is thoughtfully presented with nothing let to chance. Deen and David are excellent hosts and charming individuals their kindness and caring is evident throughout the spacious loft. Both are available, if needed, however, due to the meticulous preparation it is doubtful you’ll need them. I will return to visit and stay again. What a blessing.

Conveniently located and extremely cozy! The Logan's are so kind and are easy to get in touch with. There is a great info binder with restaurant suggestions, etc which was helpful during the first few days of my stay. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The loft was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and set up for a perfect visit.
