Spacious end unit townhouse located in beautiful Spring Lake just .8 of a mile from the beach with wonderful Pond Views, 1st floor bedroom and bath, spacious open concept living area, relaxing patio and sun deck, and a large community pool!

Living Area: 1 Queen Sofa Bed
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
