Duplex apartment of 32 M² with terrace overlooking the sea and Bonporteau beach in a quiet residence (the Jardins de la Mer).
South facing less than 5 minutes walk from the beach; 15 minutes from the port and shops; no need to use your car. Private parking in the residence (2 spaces). Boules court.
Free shuttles available in July and August.
Ground Floor:
Entrance with dressing room and storage.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; heated towel rail.
Cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Possibility of insulating with screen.
Upstairs:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen area, 2 induction hobs, multifunction oven, crockery and cookware, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), toaster, kettle. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Large fridge - freezer, top and bottom cupboards.
