The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The view over the Bay of Cavalaire is breathtaking. Supermarkets, beach and port are easily accessible by car. Thanks also to Baptiste for the good communication!

Wir sind begeistert! Was sofort auffiel, war die gelungene moderne Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit. Trotz 30 qm2 hatten wir zu dritt genügend Platz, dank guter Ideen, wie z.B. Schiebetüren. Der Blick aufs Meer ist noch toller, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wer mit Kindern verreist, sollte jedoch wissen, dass es zahlreiche Stufen bis zum Pool sind. Dieser befindet sich nicht direkt beim Apartment. Die Kommunikation sowie die Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Dieses Appartement ist perfekt, um in Ruhe den Blick aus Meer und die fantastische Bucht von Cavalaire-sur-Mer zu genießen. Ruhige, nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn (meist Eigentümer) verschönern den Aufenthalt . Bis auf eventuell 1 bis 2 Kleiderhaken, an denen man mal eben etwas aufhängen könnte und eventuell noch einen etwas kleineren Kochtopf, fehlt es an nichts. Das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles ist neu und war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war auch wunderbar. Der Zaun am Gemeinschaftspool wurde erneuert und sieht besser aus als auf den Inseratfotos. Die gesamte Terasse bietet viele unterschiedliche wählbare Sitz- und Liegemöglichlichkeiten , die sehr gechillte Zeiten mit Blick auf die Bucht ermöglichen. Cavalaire Hafen ist fußläufig bergab in 25 Minuten, der Strand in 30-40 Minuten wunderbar zu erreichem. Bonporteau Strand in 25-30 Minuten. Wir fahren ungern mit dem Auto...Der Ort hat alles zu bieten, was man sich in einem Sommerurlaub wünscht und ist Anfang September nicht allzu trubelig, geschweige denn überlaufen. Wir haben das Appartement und den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

vue très agréable, les 2 terrasses permettent de vivre dehors tout le temps. Les équipements (cuisine, literie, tv, box) sont de qualité et en font une location très pratique. Belle piscine tout en haut de la résidence en montant un certain nombre de marches. La literie et les serviettes fournies permettent de venir avec juste une petite valise.

Nous avons découvert un joli petit appartement sur grand jardin terrasse, plein ciel, à flanc de colline avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et ses plages proches, calme, parfait pour un couple amoureux de la nature. Cuisine bien équipée, bel écran plat, mignonne petite chambre avec un grand lit confortable. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines très agréables en septembre avec un temps idyllique pour manger dehors face à cette baie superbe. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce havre de paix. A noter : le Jardin des Méditerranées, Parc de 10 ha classé jardin remarquable dans la ville voisine, au Rayol Canadel.

Nous avons été conquis par cette location. La vue est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel et très agréable. La climatisation est un avantage. L'accueil est chaleureux, je vous en remercie encore. Seul bémol : l'annonce n'indiquait pas qu'on avait à disposition de draps, serviettes de bain et même tapis de bain... mais vu les circonstances du Covid, on a préféré utiliser les nôtres. À relouer sans hésitation ! 😉

Appartement pour 4 personnes, très agréable, au calme avec un intérieur moderne, et équipements de qualité. Les literies sont confortables, la piscine de la résidence sympa... Même s'il faut faire un petit effort pour y arriver... La terrasse est exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement.
