In-town, upper level full size apartment above a private home located in a peaceful neighborhood with a five minute drive to historic downtown Hendersonville. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with seperate entrance and private parking. All new amenities in a cozy, stylish setting. This space is perfect for a private get-away, two couples or a small family. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Private outdoor area offers dining and a fire pit.
The space
The living room has a comfortable, soft sectional and a big shared footstool below a ceiling fan - light. It is open to the dining area which seats 4 around a solid wood table & offers swivel cloth covered stools. The kitchen is open, bright and cheerful with a coffee bar, snacks for guests, tea and hot chocolate offerings. There is a full set of cooking pans, knives and baking sheets. Even a crock-pot for a delicious stew or soup after a day excursion! The bedroom featuring the queen-sized bed has a cozy chair for reading and a bedside table set up with a charging station for your electronics. The sheets, blankets and spreads are high quality and luxurious. Both bathrooms have ample towels for each guest that are thick and fluffy. The bathroom off the queen room has a stacking washer dryer combo that is free for guest use. High quality soaps, shampoo & conditioner as well as specialty hand soaps are provided. The larger bedroom with the king bed has a television and a private bathroom with a shower. Again, fine linens and towels are here for your enjoyment. The outdoor garden is used only by guests and is somewhat hidden from view for a sense of privacy and relaxation. A firepit with four chairs is provided as well as a four-person picnic table with a bright red umbrella to shade you as you eat. Between the guest garden and the apartment is a paved private parking space provided for small and medium sized vehicles. Larger vehicles are welcome to park to the far side of the owners drive across from the apartment entrance.
Guest access
Guests may access the apartment from the owners drive that leads to the private guest parking space. The owners front and back yards are separate from the outside area devoted to the guests. Upstairs all areas are accessable to the guest except for the owners closet which is kept locked. The owners home has a very good sound barrier in the stone walls of the house.
