Welcome to Adagio 402, a luxurious and inviting DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo featuring 3 SPACIOUS bedrooms, 3 FULL Bathrooms, and many amenities your family of 8 will surely enjoy.
This Lovely well-maintained three bedroom, three bath condo has a private balcony offering a spectacular ocean view, accessible from both the living room, and the primary bedroom. The fully equipped modernized kitchen includes an automatic drip coffeemaker, and opens up to the bright and spacious dining and living room areas. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bath with an updated enclosed glass shower stall, soaking tub, double vanity sink, ceiling fan and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with updated enclosed shower stall, ceiling fan, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, and a TV. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and a TV.
For your added convenience, the owner provides a washer and dryer in the condo, a blow dryer in each bathroom, wifi and internet, and some beach equipment.
Adagio building amenities include: beautiful, heated indoor pool and hot tub when you need a break from the beach, and an elevator for ease of access. (No guest access to the gym).
This condo has 1 assigned parking spot & 1 unassigned guest parking spot. There is handicapped beach access and handicapped street parking alongside the condo.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, and any 3 nights off season.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The indoor pool needed cleaning and the light on the balcony needs to be fixed. The condo unit itself was nice and clean. Great location and view.

The condo itself is nice, but the building is just okay. The under building parking was not available, meaning we had to haul our luggage a distance to get inside, and the hot tub doesn’t work. The indoor pool and hot tub are only available from 11-8.The unit is listed as accommodating
