This place is an absolute GEM. The location and amenities are perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. AC works well. Convenient right off the elevator. Easy parking. Pool was nice: very comfortable for a family of 4.

The property management company doesn’t do this place justice. Besides my overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE once my reservation was switched from Vacasa to VueStay, they left a thick layer of dust on everything and it could use a few minor updates to make it seem like the cleaning staff cared the least. The place itself was great and I would advise the owner to change management companies!!!!

We love this unit. We have stayed here before and rented it again this August. We love the oceanfront view, the porch, the decor, the full size washer and dryer in an actual laundry room, the nice size kitchen with all the amenities, the oceanfront bedroom with access to the porch and the location.

First, we wish it offered carts to haul your things to your unit. When staying a week, there is much to carry up to the unit and then carry back down to the car. Why don’t they offer this to the guests and even the permanent dwellers? All other units we have ever rented off wheeled carts to lug your gear. And maybe a queen size or king size bed in master bedroom😊. The room is certainly big enough for a larger bed. My husband is a big guy and a bigger bed would be nice. Just sayin’.

I the only issue we had that the pool was closed but the staff was nice enough to get a credit back for not having a pool

The inside was very beautiful, and so was the view. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals.

Said we had two parking spots only had one with our apartment number. There was no parking instructions for the other vehicle. The WiFi doesn’t work, would not let any devices connect, tried troubleshooting steps as well. Also took about 30 min maybe even longer to unlock the door, then here to find out an incorrect pin was given. Was very disappointed on how long it took to figure out our parking situation without worrying about our vehicle being towed and also disappointed on how long it took to get into our door after a 7hr drive with 7 people an the time that was wasted.
