Great balcony although Mother Nature didn’t play nice so we couldn’t enjoy it. Great kitchen/open space. Bathrooms were adequate. Keyless entry was great. Communication with host was great! There was a small issue with parking but it was resolved quickly. The only negatives were the bunk room is very tiny and the hallway is quite narrow but it worked for us. The only improvement I would suggest is brighter light bulbs. Since it was cold and rainy, it was very dark in the condo. Was unable to read in the late afternoon even with all the lights on.

This unit is ideally located in OC and is smartly furnished. It has all the popular streaming media for entertainment which include Prime, Apple TV and others. Beautiful sunrise and view of the ocean/ beach.

The rental was lovely, however, updating the mattress on the beds should be considered. The were not very comfortable or supportive. Overall the place was beautiful and relaxing.
