With a 2 minute walk to the lake, nestled in a secluded area, & a 2-mile drive to town, this spot offers the perfect blend of relaxation & adventure for the ultimate retreat. Unwind by the hot tub, indulge in a good book, or spend quality family time with one of the many games available. Guests can also enjoy a private dock with paddle boards & kayaks, and nearby parks offer a variety of activities. This isn't just a place to stay; it's a dream destination!

- Pelican Pete's is about 15 minutes by boat
- This is Georgia - please don't be alarmed by the occasional ant, frog, lizard, spider or other wildlife
- Deer can be spotted almost every evening on the property

Awesome property for families with kids. Tons of games for all ages. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Coffee bars on each floor are well stocked for most any coffee lover. Very quiet property surrounded by forest that allows for no noise from neighbors. If you are going to use the dock on the lake it is a bit of a hike down a steep hill and of course back up to the property. You cannot see the dock from the house. Multiple decks at the house are well stocked with comfortable outside furniture. Miniature golf course on site is an awesome option. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is 10 minutes from downtown Gainesville, GA.
