The property is amazing! The dock is a double decker and it is nice to sit and have coffee in the morning or to watch the stars at night. The whole house is perfect! The only thing we didn’t like but it was doable was the steep driveway. My husband always drove which means he got it figured out. Definitely a slow entry and exit. Hope to come back and visit soon!!! Thank you so much!!!

The house was great. It had everything we needed. Walk to the dock was not too steep. The only thing I would note is that if you come with a boat, be prepared for constant wakes at the dock. This is on the main channel and at times it is pretty rough. Other than that, it was great house. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

Had a good time, paddles for kayak and paddleboards could use updating. One was broken and there wasn't an actual two blade kayak paddle.
Marina across the lake from home no longer rents boats but paradise pointe wasn't too far away.
Most of the dishes were not microwave safe so reheating food was a little inconvenient

We enjoyed our visit to Lake Lanier and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room to spread out between each of the 3 levels and outside on the deck and dock.
