About this house rental
This home is perfectly located at the highest point of the land overlooking Lake Lanier and the majestic North Georgia Mountain both at the same time. The home is modern and design with entertaining in mind for family and friends with plenty of room to spread out for multiple activities. Boasting 5,500 square feet with all King beds and high-quality beds w/ luxury beddings because a great night sleep is the best feeling to wake up to. All bedrooms have plenty of space, furnished as master bedrooms and no need to fight on who gets the King beds. This home has total privacy unlike most homes in Lanier and unique compound lot at the top as you drive into the property. All 4 bedrooms are located at the main level (2 master + 2 Guest) and 2 Bdr. at basement level. There is dock access from the house (12 min walk on slope). We enjoyed our stay. The home was massive and offered the comforts needed to host 6 couples, each with privacy. Jacuzzi was huge. Generally speaking the home was great! With a few cons worth noting. There was a roach in the living room and on the screened in porch. The walk to the pier is quite difficult and visitors should use extreme caution when taking the golf cart down the steep uneven path.

We stayed at this property for a week from July 13 to July 19,2025. We had an overall pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The location was great and the space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing trip.There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention—there were cobwebs everywhere, inside and outside. The hot tub was dirty and needed maintenance which made us lose 2 days of use. The cleaning crew were at the property when we arrived and had a big dog inside the property with them. What if one of our guests were allergic to animal hair? Overall the stay was pleasant, nothing that disrupted the stay too much.The host was friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be a five-star stay. I’d consider booking again!Thank you!

Access to the dock and lake was treacherous even with the golf cart. Not really a lake accessible property.Size and decor of bedrooms and bathrooms were more than ample and well appointed.
