The apartment features one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with one single bed. Two bathrooms.
The apartment is very bright and has a balcony with a breathtaking view on the Dolomites from the living/dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities like kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you'll need.
Conveniently located in località Peziè, it's around 20 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (1.5 km), or literally 3 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria Ski Lifts. In the summer, many beautiful hikes can be enjoyed starting from the property.
TV and free Wi-Fi available.
Private car park available just outside the building.

Please Note: To legally register the reservation, all guests will be required to provide ID verification as required by Italian law.
Please Note: The reservation will be subject to payment of Refundable Damage Deposit as shown during the payout process, and Cortina City Tax equal to €2.50 per person, per night for the first 5 nights.
