Welcome to the PINE RIDGE RETREAT!
Stunning 4-bedroom 2.5 bath house in the coastal Pine Ridge gated community of Manzanita, Oregon. A lovely cape cod style home offers a large open living concept. Master suite on the main floor, three bedrooms upstairs, and a separate bedroom unit in the back yard. Top-notch design elements throughout give the feel of the luxurious designer home. Kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances (gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and a pantry. Master suite includes king bed, separate vanities, and a large closet. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen bed in each, and the large kids' bedroom has two bunkbeds sleeping up to 5 kids.
Perfect setting for a work-from-home situation - sit-or-stand computer desk with a wide curved monitor in the master suite, writing desk in the upstairs bedroom. High-speed WiFi provided.
For those rainy days when you want to be entertained indoors, the family room has a gigantic 85" TV and the master suite a 65" TV. Upstairs features a 50" TV for kids to connect their videogame consoles.
Outside you feel like you're in the middle of a forest, enjoy your morning coffee on a back patio and roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Rocking chairs provide relaxation after a day's adventures. Completely private back yard, no direct rear neighbors - the back yard opens to an undeveloped forest. Neighborhood features walking trails, basketball and tennis court, and a picnic area. There is room for up to four cars in the driveway (tenants will not have access to the garage).
Some kind of pets MAY be allowed and need written pre-approval from the Landlord and will incur a non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent. No cats or big dogs, though.
Tenant pays for all utilities ($600/month flat fee).
No washing of vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, etc., on the property.
Move-out cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Weekly/monthly cleaning fee extra if cleaning service desired.
