The house had everything we could have wanted for a large family. The house was really well organized with notes everywhere such as which light switch worked the fan etc. The kitchen was large and had everything you could possibly need. The grill appeared new and was very clean. Outdoor eating on the patio was nice. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach and games as well. There are also two bikes (but bring a lock if you want to go to beach) The rec room in the basement was perfect for the teens. Bear Trap Dunes is a beautiful community with a pool, courts and golf.
