Master Br 2 :1 Queen, 1 Day Bed, 1Trundle
Bedroom3 : 1 Double and 1 Twin
Bedroom 4 : King and 1 Twin over twin bunk bed (no adults allowed on top bunk)
Just 2.5 miles to Bethany Beach known as "The Quiet Resort". Board the Bear Trap Dunes beach shuttle which runs from the resort to Bethany Beach and back, from morning to early evening, 7 days per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
Cancellation policy:
If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.
The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. **
** The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

The property is located very close to the beaches and the shuttle is a great convenience. It would be nice to provide seniors say 70 and older a free pass or a discounted amenity pass on the shuttle. Obviously they need the help and not just the convenience. The house was a bit smaller than we expected, but it met our needs. The grandchildren loved the game room in the basement. The only complaint I lodged was with the cleaning. There was alot of things not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived including a dishwasher that had dirty dishes in it. Overall, it met the basic needs for our family vacation.
