Welcome to the "Seewohnung" vacation rental—a modern, high-quality duplex apartment located right on the beach, with approximately 45 m² of living space for 2 people.
The Ahrenshooper Holz house is situated between the Baltic Sea, with its fine sandy beach, and the “Ahrenshooper Holz” nature reserve, which resembles a primeval forest. A vacation home from “Darßer Strandgut” on an exclusive garden lot that offers a stunning view of the “Ahrenshooper Holz.” This house features two fully equipped duplex apartments—the “Lake Apartment” and the “Forest Apartment”—as well as our “Terrace Apartment,” each accommodating 2 people.
Our three apartments are furnished in a modern, upscale style, with attention to detail. From this vacation home, you can reach the Baltic Sea and the Ahrenshooper Holz forest in less than two minutes; the idyllic town center of Ahrenshoop and the Bodden—from which you can explore the area on picturesque biking and hiking trails—are just a ten-minute walk away. Thus, the “Ahrenshooper Holz” vacation home offers couples, families, nature, art, and culture lovers, as well as beachgoers and active vacationers, an ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation all year round. Discover the magnificent, expansive Baltic Sea beaches, the diverse and charming landscapes of the national park, the Darß Forest, and the idyllic fishing villages with their quaint, thatched-roof cottages—whether on foot, by bike, on horseback, by boat, or by plane.

The “Seewohnung” apartment at Ahrenshooper Holz is located in the attic and features a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed in the attic—offering a view of the Baltic Sea.
Amenities:
modern and high-quality furnishings with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, toaster, electric kettle), satellite TV, radio via the TV’s built-in radio function, large balcony with patio furniture, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. If needed, a washing machine, dryer, and iron are available in the basement. The bathroom, as well as the living and dining areas, are equipped with underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is available, and there is free use of the sauna in the basement

Relax in the charming natural surroundings of the Baltic Sea, with long sandy beaches, forests, and meadows, as well as very well-developed biking and hiking trails. The beach is right outside the door, and the traditional town center of the artists’ village of Ahrenshoop, as well as the Bodden, are just a 10-minute walk away. For inline skaters, the dike offers a route approximately 4 km long. Directly behind the house lies the “Ahrenshooper Holz” nature reserve.
