You can look forward to a well-maintained, cozy, and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment in the thatched-roof Strandgut house, in an excellent location at Schifferberg 19 in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahrenshoop.
The vacation home, with its 7 apartments, is situated in a quiet location, just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The nearest beach access point (No. 7) is just 100 meters away; the town’s numerous art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the Bodden meadows and the west beach, are all within walking or biking distance.
Enjoy the warm, cozy atmosphere of this house, furnished in a classic country-house style and featuring wooden furniture, antiques, terracotta floors, and old paintings.
Apartment 4, featuring a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, is located on the upper floor and is equipped with a small corner kitchen featuring a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, two stovetops, a small kitchen table, and a cozy sofa area. Here you can listen to the sound of the sea, enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, and watch the sunset. The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping loft open to the living area with two single beds, accessible via a narrow wooden staircase. This apartment is generally ideal for two people, but can also accommodate four, though the dining and living areas are somewhat cramped; four adults would certainly not feel as comfortable here as a family with preschool-aged children, for whom the stairs no longer pose a hazard.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the shared laundry room; bicycles can be stored in the lockable shared bicycle garage, which includes an e-bike charging station. Each apartment comes with 1 free parking space at the building! An electric grill is available; barbecuing with charcoal or gas is not permitted for fire safety reasons.
Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate extra beds of any kind or groups of more than 4 people. A baby crib can be set up in the bedroom in ground-floor apartments 2 and 3.
