Located just 100 meters from the sandy beach in Ahrenshoop, this cozy semi-detached home sits on a beautifully landscaped, elevated lot with mature trees. Its thatched roof and wooden porches evoke a vacation atmosphere typical of the region.
The living area of the property combines a comfortable TV nook and a stylish dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. This room receives plenty of light through the large windows of the glass porch. On the same floor—that is, the first floor—there is also a bedroom with a French bed (140x200) and a shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (with sloped ceilings) and a second shower room with a toilet, as well as a double bed (140 x 200) and two single beds (each 80 x 200). Both bedrooms have direct access to the large west-facing balcony.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen.

Das Objekt ist fußläufig zur Rehaklinik. Das Haus ist für 3 Personen ausreichend (für 6 erwachsene Personen fragwürdig). Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise unbedingt zu erneuern ( Korbsessel und Matrazen).
Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.
